fact: Bates hasn't told us what his plan is. We get rhetoric about building the bricks, which sounds like you wrote it for him We get no time table just broken empty promises. We the customer have given him our money year after year even though its priced sky high. he told us it was the only way to get back to the premiership. 7-years on we're sick of giving him our cash because we haven't progressed at all. After administration he had the debt wiped, he had a clean slate and we backed him. We're sick of him abusing us and lying to us.

the company is no
different from many other companies...they have to
deal with unpredictability of the business.. No Jim they don't, they anticipate things and plan for all eventualities. There are 20,000 fans telling him the plan is going wrong every week, and then the car crash happens and no plan B.

LUFC is in a
process of rebuilding its base and its image... What garbage Jim, every TV pundit is laughing at Bates as they can't understand what he's doing. hes dragged the good name of this club through 3 different courts, he's abused his customers, abused the media who normal companies use to advertise their products. hes riducled jews, politicians, unemployed, you name it Jim. He's killing the image.

The chairman just does not have the power and
influence to transform the club .... WTF Jim hes had the power and our money and tv money and transfer money and done nothing but drag us down. hes got too much power.

Why is your company so successful, why do customers keep coming back?

Jim what is his big plan then please. have you seen something that the rest of us have missed? There are plenty of people on this board who have stuck behind Bates for years, but are now starting to question things. From what I've read this last week or so, you are the only one who is still 100% behind Bates and wonder why. Even you must have a few questions that you'de like answering, but theres no debate with you as everything is black and white.

You claim he's trying to rebuild the clubs image, I find that ridiculous as any sane person can see that our image has diminished of late. You also claim that he's rebuilding the club. Well after 7-years can you show me what hes done. Yes we're financially stable as he had all the debt written off, but why are we posting a loss every year without player sales. Why are we no further forward than we were 7-years ago. Why are ticket prices huge, why are gates down, why are season ticket sales down, why are sales down in the store. I don't see this as rebuilding, but you obviously do.

Simple facts: Bates comes in and probably 95% of fans behind him, me included as we needed someone to take control of the costs.

Year 2 I'm worried because I don't see much progress but have accepted the high prices because I'm promised prem football again.

Year after year more and more fans, but still a minority are thinking the worst about Bates.

last season, especially january there was a big move away from Bates and then the summer we saw an exodus, but still people like Eric, Chorley etc who were more pro Bates and thats fine.

The last few weeks since january and Jonny, and now Grayson etc, has seen even the most hardened supporter of Bates have at least one issue that they're not happy about. But NJS is convinced Bates is correct
