Portsmouth won the FA Cup more recently than Spurs won the CC.
Thus by your thinking Portsmouth, a league 1 side, are better than Spurs.

My thinking and logic says that when you factor in things like new stadiums and going bust, that in fact Arsenal have had a better 8 years than Spurs, and Spurs have had a better last 4 years than Spurs.
