Think this news pretty much sums SWFC up. We're going through a very bad patch so, hey, let's start picking up long term injuries to our better players, too. That should further ensure even less goals and even more misery on the fans! Yayyyy!

Milan needs to flash the cash I'm afraid

A few lucky goals and suddenly everyone forgets how useless he is. Hasn't really had much of an effect on the results our last three games, has he?

My research piece on the JOC syndrome is exploring the corelation between the JJ Factor and Kenny Lunts Encephalitis.

I agree with Izzy. Hes still 80% useless in my view. The 20% that is good just isnt enough

Dont use JOC & L**t in the same sentance again...now I know JOC wasnt exactly Xavi but at least what he lacked in talent he made up for in hard work, commitment & honesty (Meggys fave word). Now he has gone I kinda miss him somewhat, despite all I said about him but at least he was hard working and to be fair it suprised me that he decided to go as Meggy still saw that he had a huge part to play in our promotion push!!

your season over or somt? cheer up lads. my work colleague whos a wednesday season ticket holder is proper down in the dumps and wants megson out. says your in freefall again..

surely cant be that bad!

Well im not down in the dumps...yet, but if we dont start winning soon then there could be the danger of missing out on the play off's too seeing as yourself, MK & esp Stevenage have games in hand over us, that could well see us out of the picture. A win this Sunday will get the players beliving again and springboard us for the run in.

sheff utd are a good team on form but the derby is a special game and anything can happen. the guy at work at i mention wont talk about them till after sunday. thing is 4 defeats on the bounce from a team in your position would be major disappointing for your fans and totally unpredictable.

Mega As I said, it is a research piece, no offence intended

I like JJ as a player and think he has so much unfulfilled potential. He would be missed more than JOC if he were to ever leave. I miss JOC because we have no one to permanently complain about, it seems as if the whole team are carrying this burden between them, whereas JOC could manage to take the flak all by himself consistently (due to his commitment and honesty no doubt!)

Tez, go away and find your own derby.Try Bradford, Bingley or even Shipley message boards there's a good chap

shibboleth30...

why are you such an angry man?

nothing wrong with the way i was posting on your board youve clearly got very poor personal skills. least milan gave me a respectful reply, shame about you tho clearly have social problems. not to worry im off!

Yep, you have me banged to rights as usual Tez.

Have you looked up 'banter' in the dictionary yet?

Wasnt having a go and wasnt offended Shibbs, just mearly stating that as untalented as JOC was, he was nowhere near as bad as Lenny K**t who poluted the Hillsborough pitch for two years (I think)

Here's another clutching at straws one for Sunday, seeing as JJ is kiboshed and our strikers are literally that, strikers.

Bare in mind that this won't happen and is simply a what if scenario. Megson is apparently after a forward, Robbie Fowler is a free agent and his proposed move to India has been canned. So why not try and make something happen on loan until the end of the season?

Rumour has it we offered Marshall 15k a week, Fowler is hardly gagging for money, so why not? I'm sick of seeing the likes of Franchise Dons pull off transfer 'coups', so let's make it our turn.

Like I said, not likely to happen, but we are getting desperately close to another season at this level now.

Like I said monster, rumour has it. If you reckon otherwise then please feel free to attempt a non smiley based reply.

I don't know anything about him brigg, but I certainly can't see him being any more frustrating than JJ. What I've read about the bloke looks decent, so good luck to him

Tom - Fowler's just left my local club (Muang Thong Utd). Saw him play and he wasn't up to scratch, in fact he seemed second to every ball. He was moved into a coaching role where he didn't experience success, either. He's gone down as an expensive mistake.

Cheers for that Bangkok

It was a long shot anyway and with our history of expensive failures i.e old jug ears, desperate or not we could do without another.
