You could build a great squad from that.

its all very well saying AVB should have been given the opputunity in the transfer window to fully rebuild.

But you are away with the fairies on this one.

it would cost upwards of 150m + more like 200m + and we then have the issue of moving all the surplus players.Also would we be able bring in the right players in one window, I THINK NOT!

The simple truth is the club are guilty of not moving the squad on earlier, another managieral change, and the current incumbent has not managed the issues well enough, something which is not intirley his fault considering the problems.

Also yes the squad should have been moved on earlier so why keep them this season???? The longer you keep them, the more the club sufferes.

Roman is just the owner. He doesn't speak or anything, how do you know that his head is being turned and majorly influenced by the executive faces of our club in Goulray and Buck????

More responsibility and criticism should be on them two. Not Roman. He only wants the best for our club and his investment shows it.

We have two rubbish board leaders who take care of most of our business matters. They are a failure and that has trickled down to our squad.

Dont get me wrong here , im not anti R/A.

But after almost 1bln investment into the club we are in a sorry state.

We should have a quality squad , a back room set up full of experianced x players running things.

a youth system producing qualty players who get a chance to flourish.

A stable managerial set up.

we donnot have any of these things.

The buck stops with R/A he makes all the key policy descisions.

Its time for him to pick a group of professioinals he trusts and step aside.
