I see the team we came within seconds of dumping out off the League Cup are within 45 minutes of winning it.

Im a random type of guy and I ended up randomly chatting to one of the back room stuff in pub last nite (Identity protected). point is he said the ht dressing room atmosphere was totally different. Instead of adrenaline rush and in everyones face under LC grayson allowed the players to relax, chat and chill and then brought them up to the right level just as they came back for 2nd half. Better head stuff from Grayson, me thinks this could make a helluva difference

Speaking of the dressing room, my sisters husband was in the changing rooms before the match(soldier who's kids where mascots) and he said the players were taking the pee out of Joey g, shaking his hand and welcoming the "new player". He said they were all in good spirits.

Is that the reason the first 10 minutes in the 2nd half was as dull as dish water...
I did notice an air of confidence through out the game from all the players, instead of the panic i usually noticed latley under LC.....
Grayson's post match comments gave me reason to be cheerful too, I think some small but extremely effective changes are a foot....gonna be a very interesting few months this, especially if come away from Stevenage with 3 points.....oo2beeArrg

It narks me to keep mentioning the meal I had with him & all the other players, albeit a while back now (about the time of Graham Carey) and believe me the Magnetism he held/had for ALL of the other players was a sight to behold .. They Wanted to be around him ..

38 totally agree,to say my sis was slightly embarrassed was understatement. The two lads have been on the waiting list for two years.
