Tonight's the big one, win tonight and I think everyone will believe we can get 2nd. Grayson will only go for the 3 points which is a good thing but we need to play to our best to get them. If we get dragged into their long ball and gritty game then we won't win, but if we play our football and pass it around we'll create enough chances to win 3 matches.

Can you see a role for Kay tonight Cas (even just cameo one) if only because he's a bit of a toughy .. Never been a fan me'self but horses for courses n all .. Will Grayson et al in such a short time have seen enough of his current form or abilities to feel he could be useful if it descends into a battlefield showdown ..

Boots, I had this conversation with my brother last night . Kay is one of those players who will lead by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in, Bournemouth 2nd leg he practically pulled the rest of the team along with him.

The best example I can think of why he should be in the team (realistically the bench) would be Charlton away last season. We were 1-0 up with 10 minutes left and they'd started getting the upper hand. Our midfield lacked fight but then Kay came on and made a big difference. He got booked within literally seconds for nearly breaking BWP in 2 and the rest of the team seemed to take heart from that. Every now and then something like that will be needed from the bench, I don't know who else could offer it.

Potentially the spine of our team tonight could be Morrison, McCombe, Gobern, Kay, Novak and Lee. That is one big team in the centre of the park and while not a great deal of football in there would be more that a match for any team in the country physically. Imagine trying to mark those 6 from set pieces.
