Villa already facing relegation battle?

I would still have Wigan, Bolton and Wolves as worse teams then Villa. But who knows with a swing in results and an upturn in form.

Villa are in trouble. That's a fact.

Could Alex 'Big Eck' McLeish be about to guide a second Midlands club into the Championship in successive seasons?

=================

Would be hilarious.

Great to go on his CV.

The bottom 3 now will be the 3 that go down i think...

Thats a tough set of fixtures for Villa, they could be in some trouble but i reckon they'll survive the drop, there a much better team than those currently below them.

QPR will go down.

When I look through their squad, I just can't see where the goals are going to come from.

They've still got Arsenal, Liverpool, Man U to play away from home, as well as Spurs and Chelsea at Villa Park.

Not to mention possible "6 pointers" against Blackburn and Bolton, a tought Midlands Derby away at The Hawthorns, plus they end the season with a tricky away day at Norwich.

I wouldn't worry about Villa. They still have Emile William Ivanhoe Heskey up their sleeves.

One day he'll come good. Surely...the laws of probability says so!

Thought the same thing when i heard about Bent

Maybe N'Zogbia will actually get some game time now, at least he has a goal in him!

Well they still have us at home which is a routine 3 points for them

MCLEISH STRIKES.

The man sucks the soul out of football.

And now he is going work his magic on villa and take them into a relegation battle.

I've no problem with Villa per se.

Been to Villa Park a few times when Arsenal have played there and never had any trouble with the home support.

Yes, they whine and moan a lot - a ridiculous amount if I'm honest - but that's hardly unique to the Villa Park faithful.

A Premier League without Villa would just seem a bit odd.

i remember people saying the same thing about forest being to good to go down...that there were worse clubs....but and its a big but ......they didn't have Mcleish,.

Apart from the game at the Emirates in a few weeks time, I hope they're okay.

Yes, I can't stand their manager, but that's hardy the Villa supporters' fault is it?

villa are a bit annoying really. dont play good football, dont ever do anything.

however we always take points off them which is one downside i suppose if they go.

chelsea are sheit

To be honest Lex, i don't really care about the plight of that Ginger . Arsenal have enough problems of their own.

"WE GOT 99 PROBLEMS, BUT MCLEISH 'AIN'T ONE" then, Serial?

Villa are mid table mediocrity - they should remain so...there's worse sides than them

Bolton for one
