The defeat yesterday, so soon after the Arsenal debacle, is hard to swallow. But to start looking at reasons for the loss by citing the blatant handball incident that rightly went against us is way off the mark. The real reason we lost was down to our inability to defend properly from set pieces and our mental frailty against Man Utd

The decision could have gone either way in other games, against Man U it was always gonna go thier way. Personally I think the goal should have stood for the reasons stated above but at the same time I can understand why it was not, but my point it we will NEVER get the rub of the green v Man U.
How about giving us a dodgy penalty or what about disallowing a completely legit goal against us. I know i sound like a 5yo by saying this but its simply not fair
Unfortunately that's life it's not fair you may get over it we have a decent enough run in now and we have to make the most of it onwards and upwards.Let's be honest we have had alot of 50/50 decisions go for us this year.

Our performance on the day deserved a touch of luck but it wasn't to be against Man Utd, the masters of grinding our results
Why can't you just accept that the reason you always lose to United is because they are miles better than you?

Bubbles you were doing so well. Now I have to add you to that pathetic list that keeps acting like victims! Grow a pair!
We were completely cheated by Man Utd this year. Ben Arfa clean through on goal and wiped out maybe a career threatening tackle and rio ferdinand escaped a red card
Andy Carrot
Good attempt though
Listen bro if you wanna go we can go
For the love of God, stop moaning.
Bring it sports direct. I'll have u and ur pie eating owner!

Have you seen Mikey boy lately? Lost a ton of weight!
He used the carollol money well
Demba ba, cisse and a daily pass to the Newcastle gym
Never mind, I suppose it is a bit like United never beating Barcelona.
Another of the Spurs fans afflicted with the viral persecution complex you all have against United. Anyone who thinks Adebayors "goal" was incorrectly ruled out needs to follow a different sport.
United smack Spurs most times cos they're almost always the better team. I'd say deal with it but I guess it's easier to blame it on the ref.
mthierry what is wrong with you. why are you spending so much time on the Spurs board.
as things stand we are 4 points ahead of you with on paper a much much simpler run in, and suddenly you seem all mouthy.
perplexing. or maybe you are celebrating only being 4 points behind?
My how things have changed... year on year used to be about 20 points ahead of us by this stage.
Am I on the Liverpool board?
The ball was going in the net, so by hand balling it which was clearly accidental we were gaining no advantage. The goal should have stood and the sky pundits agree.

Oh the sky pundits agree and they must be right
What part of handball dont you understand ?
Tha ball hit his hand and gave him an advantage which resulted in him scoring a goal and it should have been allowed ?
God what planet are you on
As for the Nani/Gomes thing that was down to pure stupidity by Gomes nothing else.
