Stating the obvious perhaps?

Why, it would be easier for them to take voluntary redundancy.

A few of the EPL vultures would pounce when they realise they could get a decent player for no transfer fee and each players' contract could improve upon the one they currently have with Rangers.

But they love Rangers so much that they do not do this, which is commendable.

Our top players could jump ship now and be snapped up by championship clubs and could even get more wages.

Naismith is the only one that would likely be wanting to stick around coz he's injured.

The only things keeping any of the players here is how much the administrators value them and how much the players value playing for this club

MON will take all three of them. He seems to only buy from what he knows and he knows the SPL. Just a huge guess mind

It looks like they have been asked to sit tight to allow the death of Rangers FC as we know them.

But at Villa he bought a lot of quality players, like Milner, Young, Downing (he was good at the time, okay! <laugh).

They would only be able to sign for new club if FIFA gives them special dispensation as they were signed to a club when the transfer window closed.

If Paul Murray or anyone else buys Rangers this week or next, and takes the club out of administration, then that buyer needs to get serious psychiatric help.

Unless they knew that Rangers were gonna win the tax case?

It is very unlikely anyone will buy Rangers in the coming weeks. The big tax case judgement will not be in until April. If Rangers by some chance win, then HMRC will appeal which will take at least 6 months to resolve. Hard to see where the buyer will come from. Does any Rangers fan know another Ranger fan with something in excess of £100m to risk losing for the love of Rangers. A club who may be barred from SPL for years.
