I agree, you cant expected them to be glued on here 24/7. I usually just triple check transfers and confirm them by myself.
I would love this league to work as it's a good idea but it's just a pain in the backside because there's no flexibility.
If I could just sell all these players and recoup like 50% of the value I'd be happy.

I doubt you can have too many HG players, it is a minimum I think
You can only have 17 Foreigns in your squad and you can only have 4 U21's and 4 Home Grown (HG) players. As this is a Realistic League it would be ideal to make this rule.

From looks of it no more then 17 FGN, 4 HG and 4U21 due to maximum squad being 25 so it all adds up
You don't have to have 17 foreign players, that is a max.
You can have as mang HG as you want.
having an exact amount of HG and foreigners would be very difficult!
