Bayern Munich = 10M
Zenit St. Petersburg = 70M
CSKA Moscow = 80M

It is just a starting point. We can always adjust on certain teams and we could give teams transfer limits per day i.e Barcelona and Real Madrid get 1 per day etc.

Well it is Benfica who finished 2nd anyway which is better as it makes it more balanced.
