I think the budgets look fair but yes Celtic should have 70M imo.

The transfers are all up to you Fan. You accept bids and reject them on Foreigns. You have the license to cancel any domestic deal if it is ridiculously one sided. All the transfers are up to you.

The transfers, teams and budgets are done and so is the tactics. No predictions just tactics and results will be done with me, Fan and Wilshere deciding the scores and then doing Live Text.

Also we will need some of you to help out with Live Text.

No Foreign loans. Only Domestic loans between teams in the league. You may loan up to 3 players at one time and must play 3 times before going back on loan.

If the league is going to be Realistic then we need limits on Foreigns, U21's and HG's.

What about Transfer Limits? Should we include them or not?

Don't think their should be transfer limits but it should effect the teams morale to a certain extent - if all starting 11 players are changed - they won't be that happy.

Every team will be allowed ONE marquee signing and they must put down whether it is or not otherwise you may not gt them

I think the marquee signing might just complicate things too much.

Don't think we should include marquee signings because it will complicate things. Like you said, keep it simple.

That's ok if you wont be on. I'll be the back-up transfer manager if anyone wants there deal doing then I'll be the transfer manager for there deal. I will also be the transfer manager for your deals.

yeah I agree as Transfer window will be closed from the 25th June to the 6th July or thereabouts

1st lot of transfers we will see as a lot of managers will want the same players

prob highest offer after 1 hour

thereafter 1st come 1st served

So best get your first 2/4 right

Starting it earlier might be easier then we can get Foreigns open and everyone will start to make there signings. Then it might settle down Foreigns and then when you are on holiday it might give me less to do instead of answering transfers all the time.
