Kenny has done an awful job, the longer he stays, the better, stays stuck in the 80's that is.

Yeah I've had some decent debates with some Liverpool fans on here, albeit few and far between. But they are REALLY touchy!
I know they won the CC and that is a big achievement but how do they know they couldn't have won that under Roy? In my opinion, I don't think that despite the massive investment, they are any further ahead than they were under Roy. Almost impossible to try and get a Liverpool fan (not all but most) to admit it though!
Thought the CC win was supposed to be their "springboard"? Let's hope the British Olympic organisers haven't been to the same "springboard" shop or the vault events will be pretty dull!

Fred is no doubt the Runt of the litter on the Pool board.
And any and I mean any objective and thought out comment is treated with distain and ridicule.
Used to have a soft spot for them but these boards prove they're very nice people really.
Agreed! This weekend must have REALLY hurt them! Let's hope we can see off Bilbao on Thursday and Everton do them some harm tomorrow night to really make their week!
i countred no fewer than four articles about manchester united on their board last night. they're clearly still infatuated with us, whilst we consider them now to be insignificant at best.
i deleted your post because you came on to our board and spouted muck about roy hodgson and 100 million
we know how bad we are ..we know the players arent up to scratch ...we know wont get in the cl ....we know united are streets ahead..and we know ferguson is the greatest manager in the world (albeit a horrible man)

Nor did he get that money to spend at Liverpool? What I posted was truthful and not "rubbish" as you like to put it.
My post was about Liverpool, I didn't even mention my own team at all. Nor was it a wum, it was a genuine question and the points were factual.
Maybe you should actually try and answer the points properly before just assuming that because the poster supports a rival team, that they are on the wind up?
Deleting posts just makes you look an even bigger wally which is why I'm happy to leave Liverpool fan's posts on my threads unless they get personal.
I think what really gets them is that King Kenny has been shown to be out of his depth and that football regarding tactics etc has moved on and old school will only get them so far.

There does seem to be an awful lot of people on this site that cannot take even the slightest criticism of their team. Fair enough to filter them if it gets personal, but I've seen some thoughtful and insightful posts deleted simply because there points were not agreed with. Fairly petty! This is after all a web site for debate! Think some people need to grow up!
