I shall shoot you all. I've been told I'm like the Fernando Torres of Call of Duty, i hope that's a good thing.

I am yet to hear of any of my mates selling their copies of mw3 - but 3 now have with their copies of bf3

I'm on at some point most evenings, though not necessarily for long - depends what i have on for the day.

I can honestly say i don't know a single person who prefers black ops to mw3 (or mw2) - most people i know traded it after a couple of weeks and went back to mw2. I think i was the only one that rated it at all - but it's still not a patch on mw2 or mw3.

odd? me and my mates are the complete opposite.

I think I just find the modern warfare games multi player side too arcadey??

Whereas black ops online multiplayer seems graphically more realistic?

odd, because my mates state it exactly the opposite way around The single biggest criticism I have heard time and again about it is the graphics.

I didn't mind Blops, and the offline training mode was really good for helping mates get better at controlling the guy etc and learning the maps before going online... but if given the choice of which to play, i would pick mw3 every time.

I never owned Black Ops, only MW2 (which i borrowed off a friend who asked for it back a few months later). General consensus was that MW2 was better than Black Ops.

As for Battlefield, never known anyone who plays it nor have played it myself so can't judge

MW1 was far superior to all the rest until the lobbies got hacked into oblivion. Not too many weapons, only a few killstreak bonuses and good maps. MW2 was crap, killstreaks were far too strong and it was basically designed for people to camp - awful game. Never got BOps due to how much I hated MW2. Got MW3 and it's not bad, killstreaks aren't too overpowering but I just wish things like the Nuke in MW2 and the MOAB in MW3 didn't exist - makes people camps and that's $hit.

If the lobbies were still maintained and not hacked, I'd go back to MW1 in an instant.

I've never understood why people get so upset by 'campers'. it's like "i want to run around like a loon constantly, so everyone else should want to too"

If a camper kills you a lot, when he isn't moving and is just staying in one place, who's fault is it?

If i see someone has taken a camp location up and is covering it, I just go via a different route or avoid the area altogether.

it's just having a bit of spacial awareness - if you know a sniper is covering a road, you don't try to run the length of that road and then moan about a camper

A new map came out today for XBox 360 users, well ones with premium elite, the DLC is coming out on the 20th, I might just buy that, could use a few new maps to freshen the game up a bit, too bad PS3 players won't be getting it yet, non elite members of Xbox 360 get DLC before elite members of PS3.

Oh well I aint complaining, I play on the 360

there has to be some benefits to having an inferior console getting the dl's a whole 2 weeks later is a small price to pay

Playing online on the 360 is far better then the PS3. Also I find the 360 controller much better for fps games then the PS3, hardware wise it may be inferior but to me, its superior playing online fps

Did I mention we get to play new MW3 maps before PS3 players

the pad is all personal preference (though the analogues are higher dpi than the xbox ones) I've been using a playstation pad for... er... a lot of years. ever since the psx - even on my pc, so naturally i prefer that. to me the xbox ones feel clunky. As for being better to play online - i've never had any issues apart from occasional maintenance for an hour or two - and it's free.

Personally I never buy map packs straight away anyway. I wait and check them out first to see if they look worth it, so the fact that microsoft paid millions to have the deal with activision is of no consequence to me.
