Alex McLeish gets more than Jurgen Klopp!

Mark Hughes as well

Gonna cost a lot to pay off McLeish in a few weeks!

Steve Kean should get £10million a year and the Blackburn supporters should be constantly reminded of this.

What is even more amazing is that Kenny and SAF get the same salary. So it appears LFC do not only waste money on average players.

Call me a little old fashion, but no player should be getting paid higher than their boss. Doesn't it show you who's considered more important?

To think Sir Alex is only on £77,000 a year, and if rumours are true and that Wayne Rooney is on £160k+, it's just silly.

We all wonder why Moyes has not gone to pastures new, theres the answer.
I am not saying hes not worth it but its a good salary as the club are skint.

Hehe, he's probably on about 100k a year. Venky's bought the club for 23m, and they've already sold Jones for 16m and Samba for 9m.
A club run on a budget purely so the owners can line their own pockets.

I'm going to make a guess and assume you meant "a week", not "a year"

Sorry, yes a week

Ferguson's relatively low wages compared to Mourinho; Guardiola and Ancelloti is suprising. After 20+ years at United you'd think he earns at least 5m a year.

posted on 12/3/12

When you thjink of it the wages are big for managers, afterall all they do is pick a formation help train and rely on results or get a big pay off if they do bad.

Of the managers being paid more than Fergie, the only one that suprises me is Jupp Heynckes. The top 2 are no surprise, and the other 3 are owned by billionaires.

If Klopp gets a well deserved pay rise after winning the Bundesliga again, he should be able to break into the top 20.

Sir Alex, bargain.

Capello aswell was on around £6m a year, wasn't he?

posted on 12/3/12

I can't belive AVB isn't there in top5, unless its because he was sacked.

With the 20% tax in spain then Mourinho & Pep are on a tidy packet.

Shocked SAF doesn't get more than that when he is lauded as the reason for utd's continued success

Moyes - £3m. So that's where Everton's money is going...

mcleish in the top 20 < doh>

posted on 12/3/12

Haha gotta laugh at Mark Hughes on that sort of money. What has he ever won or done as a manager to deserve that?

Arsene Wenger is a shocker....Arsenal throw astronomical wages at average players yet Wenger is paid the same as Redknapp. Bizarre.
