Just saying
Since the six nations began in 2000
England are 3 from 11
8 wins Ireland 3 Wins England.
If we include the Friendly last year then England have won 4.
Where did you get the 5th?

Anyway, good article as always mate.
However, it very very close to call. And a 10 point margin is a hell of a gamble.
I dont believe for a second that is will be a 10 point margin.
Soooo Im saying Ireland by 10!
This is the source - 4 Six nations wins (2000, 2002, 2003 & 2008) and one friendly (2011)

In the immortal words of Motorehad "If you like to gamble, its all the same to me ...."
i ahvent got a clue, but i cant wait for the game. havent looked forward to a rugby international so much since...probably the last lions series.
A few big names out for Ireland, and England on a high.
I'm going for England by 10.

You chaps couldn't be accused of a lack of patriotism - Messrs Collins & De Valera would be proud of you!
I am going for a last gasp kick to win it.
Ireland by 6 (using the 5 point sway)
Well SARS,
I believe we possess the best full back in world rugby.
Our wings, especially Bowe are better than Dry Ash and Strettle.
OK, we may have a soft centre and the thooughts of Tuigali running at Earls keep me awake nights.
Sexton v Farrell? Farrell's a great prospect, the find of the year, but Sexton's been there done that often enough to have the edge, for me.
The front rows are comparable and I don't really see anyone dominating at scrum time.
In the line-outs we're a bit shaky at the moment, I think you have a better thrower but our lads are better at disrupting.
Back row? Ferris is playing out of his skin and surely edges Croft, O'Brien's been quite but compared to Robsham... I've been impressed with Morgan and I wouldn't like him running at O'Gara in the later stages but I expect he'll be out of steam by the time ROG comes on?
So, patriotic, of course, (I still haven't totally forgiven DBM for predicting France to beat Ireland) but I really really really think the man for man we've got clearly better players in six or seven positions with outside centre being the only spot I'd say England are definitely stronger.
The best fullback in world rugby? Haha no. Did you miss him getting embaressed by Gray, I would take Foden over him any day but neither are the best in the world. It amazes me the opinion Irish fans have on their team.
England by 8.
Tough one, I'm going for England by 6.
should be a good one. Ireland will win.
