"How come you're taking your kids to Donny if you;re a Leeds fan?"
He is doing exactly what you have been saying people will do for years. Enjoy another less expensive football experience, resulting in youngsters becoming fans of other teams.
A seat in the east stand at Elland Raod for a cat A game is £36. If you go once a month (one game in two) this is the equivalent if £9 per week, or 2 packets of cigs.
Jonny, would like to know exact reason, but you;re right, that is what will happen if prices are too high at Leeds.
LIW BATES OUT: I have been trying to get sense out of Anti-WSB for some months now.
On earlier posts he told me that he plays semi-proand that he trains at Thorp Arch, so unless anyone else trains there he must play for leeds.
I reckon that one of you Leeds fans could find out who the Youth Team keepers are and track him down.
I even had him telling me that he had played at "places i could only dream of" a few weeks ago when i also asked him how he could be semi-pro but still attend ER on saturdays and also midweek when he would be training even if he was at Northern Counties level.
I asked him to prove to me that he was for real and he said he would post a picture of himself on 606 that would do so, guess what, nothing forthcoming.
His comment about walking into a 100k job just sums up what a k n o b he really is.
As for Donny season tickets, if i renew mine before 1st April i can get next seasons for £339.
hound
I always want to believe people, but its hard to believe anti.
No-one in a genuine pro footballer situation would give themselves a write up like the one he gives himself.
Hound
He thinks getting paid £5 win bonus on a sunday afternoon is semi-pro
I said something similar to him a few weeks ago but he insisted that he does play for a top pro club but mostly in behind closed doors friendlies.
AS IF.
of course he might have meant a hospital porter (and he'd still be wrong)
