BTW, if anyone hasn't seen it, Wu-Tang: An American Saga season 1 is on Disney now.
It is a part fact part fiction version of events
Saw it when it came out but watched it again, good show.
Now need season 2.

Better than of mice and men?
Not really into Steinbeck...
Different to Of Mics and Men, this is a dramatisation with a lot of fiction with the facts. If I was to watch one or the other I would take the documentary.
Anyone struggle with modern day rappers and not only their flow, but their actual voice just not working on as a part of a production. I even struggle with lil baby who people seem to love. But ramen and oj and a few other tunes aside I can’t listen to him.
Was introduced to mockesha the other day and same applies. Guy just sounds simple.
Any recommendations of actual smooth lyricists and flows would be welcome? I can’t listen to nas until I’m 70 surely
Kendrick and Danny Boy have awful voices
I think I will be listening to 90s rap til the day I die.
Kendrick’s voice is really made for rap I feel. Even when he just talks normally in interviews he sounds like you could stick a beat behind him
Nick he’s popular so you probs already heard of him but Joey BadA$$? He has a timeless feel to his flow when he’s on it
Yeah Kendrick's voice works certain times when he's changing it so that the delivery matches the vibe or message of the song...sometimes he gets it awfully wrong though.
From the underground in terms of voice I'll say :
Ransom 🔥🔥🔥
Ty Farris
Rigz
Rob Gates
Che Noir
Crimeapple
I like Conway's snarl and Rome Streetz raspy voices too but may not be for everyone
That's about all I can think of for now

Part off the appeal for me is Kendrick’s voice inflections. Especially when it’s to portray younger more innocent version of himself. Latest album is another classic.
People listened to "Cheat Codes" yet?

Posted her before can't remember if you guys rate her. But continues to be very underrated rap artist in general, first I was gunna say underrated female artist / british artist but actually overall she's just very good against all peers imo
Not sure if she's underrated. Her albums have won awards and had loads of nominations
Agree she's very good tho. Top 3 in UK probably
We lost another one..
