Dundee born and bred, but now living south of the border for my sins. Was a member of the now defunct BBC 606 and am pleased to join this site which replicates, almost exactly, the old BBC site.
Dundee United have been my team since 1966 and until moving South had a season ticket for more seasons than I care to remember.
I was even a ball boy, in the days when it was the same ball boys every week! I was a ball boy when Jim McLean took over at Tannadice...and felt his wrath following a defeat to Hibs in the old League Cup (2 -o up at half time, we were beaten 5-2 and I let rip going down the tunnel, lol)
Many happy memories, but now I rely on sites like this to keep me up to date.
Have a liking for Manchester United as my English team....but don't hold that against me!
