Gary Neville

This is not necessarily a dig at Scholes or Giggs but looking back i have alot of respect for Neville for knowing when to quit. I remember the awfil game he had at Stoke. Soon after he retired with immediate affect. No waiting till the season ends. He knew Rafael was coming through amongst others and realised it was best for the team.

Fair play to him. No suprise he is a top pundit.

I do however feel the blame more lies with Fergie here. He wont let go. Scholes has already quit once but still came back and to be fair hes done well in places. But the more Fergie plays Giggs it worries me it will convince Ryan he is still good enough when he simply isnt. Hopefully, playing Cleverley or Ando could change this or buying a mid in January. Not Becks please lol.

So do you think Giggs in particular should retire now or wait to see if he can get one last medal to his incredible collection?

We need Vidic back, he protects the midfield, not the other way round.

You defend from the front to the back. Our geriatric midfield can't defend after 60 minutes.

If we reached the CL final and had to play played Barca again this season, honestly what team do you think SAF would play?

Knowing our luck we'd get the team from the 99' final

Anderson has had way too long to cement a place and in fairness to SAF he has played Anderson in the past and he has been awful. He needs to be moved on and quick.

You're joking right?

You dont think 5 years plus is enough for a player to cement a first team place if he's good enough?

awful comment.

you seem to forget that he has had an injury hit career at utd, something which is hardly his fault.

one of the first to training and last to leave, so his attitude can't be questioned.

he has been our best midfielder this season when played and is finally showing what he can do when not injured.

to get rid now would be worse than playing giggs in the middle.

Hargreaves was always injured too albeit more than Anderson but he was moved on.

Anderson looks ok when he plays which is 1 game in 10 and the other games he looks average.

When you say he's been our best midfielder thats hardly a compliment, look at the state of our midfield its not hard.

I think he's had a fair crack of the whip he's been here long enough and when he plays he doesnt exactly light the world on fire.

Its not the club or fans fault he's always injured. If it was his second season then yes I would say I am being harsh, after 5 seasons, this whole Anderson is always injured soap story is getting boring.

To be honest welbeck and Rooney were making a brilliant partnership and now it seems welbeck has been shoved out of the equation or just to get him in he's stuck on the left where he's pap.
rvp was just a luxury signing we didn't need him at all but I do love having him here

I kind of agree with you and this is rare

Welbeck is better up top but needs to work on his finishing but is inferior to RVP in every way.

I think SAF is trying to play everyone which is causing problems.

Long term Welbeck is a good squad option, nothing more as is Hernandez.

Our top 2 should be RVP and Rooney.

We need to find a place for Kagawa too.
