Second half just kicked off with us 2-0 down against Darbeh!
For me, unless we make a miraculous comeback, Pearson will be sacked tonight.
Played 10
Won 1
Drawn 3
Lost 6
For 8
Against 12
*if it stays 2-0 today!
Simply not good enough.
Oh and we've brought a striker on and stuck him on the left wing!
Hope I'm wrong and we can turn this around but I can't see it.
This could make it 1 win in 10!

Two ends of the moron fan society we have in abundance, those that think we should run away with the league and those who want to sack everyone when we lose a game!

I agree that this was a poor performance and it's looking likely that we are going to blow the playoffs. But I can't agree about Pearson's post match interview, I'm not a massive Pearson fan but to give him his due it was by far his best interview. It was honest, frank and say it as it was interview, no excuses and over protecting the players, he answered all the questions put to him without being his usual arrogant self

A game?.....singular?!?

Agreed, old fox. This was the first proper interview he's given in an age. Partly because he had nowhere to hide: this was arrant rubbish.

Never mentioned running away with the league but weren't we 2nd and looking good only to sling it away?
I just see things how they are and definitely am not satisfied with the league position.
If your happy with this then, that's your prerogative.
Wouldn't go as far as calling you a moron mate.

I didn't call you a moron unless of course you put yourself in one of the two catagories I mentioned!
Yes I am satisfied with the position, not so much with thw way we are playing and some of Pearson's decisions but then I've never agreed with some of his decisions even when he won promotion at the first attempt and got us into the play offs at the first attempt, I still believe he'll get us into the play offs this year, that I'm satisfied with if he does it, sfter that it's a lottery as we all know.
Should he go if we don't make it into the playoffs, I'm tempted to yes he should but then we don't know the limitations placed on him after the previous disastrous administration, the owners may well be satisfied with the way he's truned the club around in such a short time.

Spoons, 69, this is still short-termism in action. You want a new manager for the honeymoon period that he might get? Even if we did get one, which is more than likely not to happen given our place in the league and the time of the season, we can secure the playoffs at best. Even if by some bizarre miracle we did go up, we'd have serious problems working out who to make manager next season. The club would still have no stability and success would not happen. If we didn't go up then we've made fools of ourselves, caused more instability and stuffed up our start to next season by rushing things.
Whatever happens, happens. Pearson in.

At this point in the season, how anybody could think otherwise is beyond my comprehension.
...and can anybody else smell that stench on here?
It smells like – red.
