The first time I saw the City play was at Filbert Street, my uncle took me to the match, I was just a kid. He said, look out for the number 10, he always scores, true enough he smashed in 2 goals, his name was "Arthur Rowley" what a player. I was hooked after that and have been ever since. After living in Essex for the last 20 years, I traveled up the M1 most Saturdays to watch the City, but I decided it was becoming too much, as I'm getting on a bit, also City where not playing that well at the time, to say the least. However, I retired last year and have moved back to good old Leicester to my house in Narborough, which I had been renting out. First thing I did was to get a season ticket.

I have been a referee for 22 years, mainly in the Leicestershire leagues, I retired from that some years ago
