Agree Udders played well and attacked much more today.
Also feel Leeds defended really well.
So, if it had finished 1-1, suspect fans of both sides would have settled, with Udders fans a little more aggrieved they didn't convert their chances.
But then ONE deflection moves the ball right at the feet of the man in front of goal and its game over.
Not sour grapes (well, maybe a bit), but it just got me wondering whether in any one season, do such incidents really happen more often for some 'luckier' teams ? And do they play a bit-part or a crucial part in end of season places?
Would love to know whether there's any sad statto's on here who have a scientific answer!!
How important is luck?

Long post Walsall, but I agree 100%!

and I suppose there's that famous golf quote...
...."the more I practise the luckier I get"
...but how many times do the people in negative positions seem not to get any breaks? they try, they practise...but in the end nothing 'goes right'.
Ain't that the same as the original question...but in reverse? How can you 'earn' all the bad luck?
