Tbh, never read the owner bit anymore. Used to when it was Bates, but it is just the mouthpiece for propaganda and less interesting than the other parts of the programme.

"Lying" assumes the writer of the account knew it was not true.

Anthony had sorted Berardi's ticket out weeks before as they were out celebrating his father's 75th birthday and going to the film afterwards.

It's not like Mansford's version is malicious, but definetely a lie.

It's just, why do it?

Are they so out of touch with the fans?

Just listen to names being called out you can tell who the favourites are, why come up with something so cringeworthy?

We've seen a reconnection between club and fans this season, let's try and keep it that way, don't need this nonsense.
