Place your bets on whether or not we'll actually get a penalty this season. Between those and the amount of disallowed goals we had go against us, it's infuriating.
How's this not a fvcking penalty

Literally isn't looking at the ball, with his arms out, and stops the ball going to Rashford. Ever since that Onana decision on the first day, we've had fvck all go for us.
Not a peep from PGMOL, or rival fans, about the ones that go against us though eh?
When will we get a penalty

If that had come from the other direction, i.e. Rashford kicked that at the defender's arm in that position, it'd have been given as a pen, but for whatever reason because he stopped looking at it, it's not a pen?

No you're completely right, it should be a pen. His hand has played the ball when it's come from that distance, not the other way around. But it's United so never mind

Yeah, should be a pen. I've no idea if it is by the letter of the law anymore, but should be.
The 'hands down by your side' rule shouldn't really apply when you've had about 2 seconds to watch the ball come over.

The way handball is judged nowadays is a joke.

I can't figure out what the defender was trying to achieve.....
He saw the ball, and was what, just waiting for rashford to take it down?
Why wasn't he trying to head it clear or do something with it?
Weird defending and even weirder officiating that this is actually allowed to go unpunished.

Dont know the rule but it should be a pen. You cant act dumb and say you werent looking at the ball, when you deliberately turn away from it knowing its coming towards you

Ward who handled it actually looked at Bruno Fernandes passing it so knew were the ball was going and last second extended his arm and denied us a clear chance at goal. Sort of reminds me of Southampton handball not given when arms stopped a certain goal chance.

He looked behind him to see the ball and then let it hit his hand. Refs make it up as they go along now, it’s a lottery.

Just seen the goal Palace scored should have been disallowed as well as Palace player was standing directly in front of the goalkeeper when the shot came through.

Onana moved right to see the ball so him standing offside impacted him. If he wasn’t offside he wouldn’t have moved right and that move right was the main reason he didn’t save it. Reminded me of Xhaka goal against De Gea he moved to see the ball but as Arsenal player standing in front of him offside blocked his view he moved away and that was only reason it went in. So Ten Hag should use it as a tactic, stand directly in line of goalkeeper and the ball as then goalkeeper has to move to see the ball and aim for opposite corner.
