Danish duo

Christian Eriksen โ€” knee injury; out for about a month.

Rasmus Hojlund โ€” muscle strain; hope is that heโ€™ll be back before the end of November.

Official lines from the club. Iโ€™ve never seen an injury crisis like this at United since that 3-2 match we beat the Gooners in under Van Gaal. Most cursed season yet.

Eriksen will be a miss for some games. But we might score more goals if we put Rashford up front in place of the rapid Weghorst (Hafi came up with that ).

Yes, we have more football and minutes than ever, but we also have bigger squads full of better players.

It's up to managers to manage the calender.

Fifia wants an expanded Club world cup, and also the new CL format will add games. The players should just refuse to play.

When players speak out about playing too many games you get some Joe Publics saying things like "Well, I play four games a week so they should be able to do it". Bet you're not a pro though Joe where just a slight drop makes a huge difference.

Eriksen injury a blessing in disguise. Hes been a weakness to the team. As with everything, the best decisions are always forced on Ten Hag.

Fking overpaid twaaaaattts need to hit the fking gym and bulk up. Might stop them getting injured so often.

Stop/start nature of PL football these days doesn't help because of the numerous breaks in play so the var can try and re-referee games.

Was mentioned last week on a BBC podcast during the Spurs-Chelsea game about players standing around whilst waiting for var calls.

A few minutes later Van de Venn tears his hamstring after another lengthy delay.

I genuinely went to type "united" on my phone just now and it autocorrected to "injured"
