Did he say the decision was wrong or VAR was wrong to bring the referee to the monitor since it wasn't a clear and obvious error?

I think all refs at some point have given decisions for and against every team.
Apart from Michael Oliver and Anthony Taylor. They only make decisions in favour of one particular team.
