Get sick of seeing comments on here like; 'prove it', 'show me where it says that'
Well heres something that almost everyone should agree with, except the usual suspects with rose tinted specs.
A good mate of mine is a Coventry fan, and knows for a fact, that the club are struggling, have an owner who is in it for himself, are having to sell players, and expect to be relegated to L1. So the Cov fans don't expect to see great football, or get a decent result every time they play. They expect the worst and anything else is a bonus.
Leicester, West Ham are expected to win and if they draw or lose, the fans are upset.
We on the other hand never know what to expect, we've no idea if we'll defend well, have a strong midfield, play some good football or even if we are going to score. We've been promised much by the owners, but gates are falling, a lot of fans feel let down, we can't sign any quality players and try as we may, many struggle to stay behind the manager and his team.
To me that shows a club with problems underneath the surface.

"they are criticising him for oiking him out and bringing in McCarthy"
I don't know who you are referring to as "they" but I really think these are 2 different, although related, items.
I don't recall reading a single posting, not that I can be sure I have read every single one on this board, that is critical of SG pulling Chubs out. For sure, there have been postings that express unhappiness with McCarthy, but not regarding his ability but rather the big picture strategy. Of course, there are a number of varied posts regarding this choice, that is just my overall sense of them.

Jonny... argue the toss til the cows come home sunshine..
When I see articles like the one entitled WTF by LIW that lead like this -
"Hopefully it will help with his development"
Who gives a #### about that, he's not our player.
How about giving one of our own players a chance, ie Cairns, to help with his development.
Third choice reading Keeper.
Thats how low we've sunk
I think someone may be criticising the decision of our manager in bring McCarthy in.
You made read it however you feel, I know what I think!

Eric, I agree with you that "someone may be criticising the decision of our manager in bring McCarthy in."
I specifically stated that right above your posting.
So why are you arguing with me agreeing with you?
