American LUFC

was just thinking about the American players we have acquired over the last few years and have a question, is American the way to go for good players? Mike grella - done a good job for us 85% of the time he played. Adam clayton - one of our better players. Robbie Rodgers - looks promising. all where either free or cheap, maybe SG was on to something

Grella didnt do a thing, everyone said he had great techniqual ability, but then again so do those guys who make a living doing keepy upies in every city centre, dosent mean they are any good at the actual game.

The guy got released by Brentford for crying out loud, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Eddie Lewis however was a left sided god. I would Erics right arm for a left sided player of his ability to be in our team right now

I like the way the emote is a right handed thumbs up.

It shows that you are indeed using it.

Deeda

Somma didn't just express an interest in playing for South Africa, he did and scored a goal

Don't forget about us American fans!

Anti, no what I said was he expressed an interest in playing for the USA even though he wasn't eligible. Since then he's gone on to represent Bafana Bafana.

He probably qualified for the USA because he went to Disneyland in 2003.

We could all probably play for USA, they are all descended from someone who never lived there!

"How can you even be serious about players that come from a country where they refer to football as 'soccer'....and ffs stop calling it SOCCER !...."

"harj....I think you'll find the term 'soccer' originates from the UK, as shortened term for 'association football'..."
