...and never mind that:
- Silva, Nasri and Balotelli all gave the ball away far more often
- the initial danger passed after Savic's mistake when the Swansea player turned back; the fact that he was able to find a man on the wing, who crossed the ball onto the head of an unmarked player, shows that at least two more of our players were culpable
- Savic was by no means the worst player today; Aguero was pretty bad, Silva couldn't make even the most simple of passes and Mario was his usual self away from home
- our shape was all wrong; no width and it allowed for very little movement - part of the reason Savic gave the ball away was that Yaya was his only option (for about 30 seconds, too, whilst they tried to keep the ball)
- aside from Porto, I can't recall an away game that we've played well in since Christmas; same problem each time of a congested front-line and slow movement of the ball makes it so easy for teams to defend
But, I guess blaming one individual young player for a solitary mistake is much easier! Personally I feel that Utd leapfrogging us had been coming. People talk about the 'title decider' at Eastlands, but we'll be lucky to still be within 3 points of Utd if we continue to play like that away from home.
On the brightside, at least the pressure is back on Utd as it was during the first quarter of the season when we were playing well away from home.
Yes, let's all blame Savic for this...

The reason for the empty seats during the Europa League is that many United fans think we are too good for it (me not included) so they dont even bother watching it at the stadium or even on television. I have a couple of friends who have said they are even going to watch the Europa at all and im thinking feckin support your team wherever you fake and i get the we are too good for this competition crap!!
Are we?
No....

The temperature has just risen about 20 degrees in the Man. City facilities. It will be very interesting to see if the team that only money could buy will be able to overcome the team with a couple of "old age pensioners" on it!
