Pedro is fine Superb, judge him later on it was a bad season for him to come in

the starting lineup for Wolsfberg IMO will be the one thats starts against west ham

i predict this

Tbo
Aina Terry Cahill Azpi
Matic Fabregas Kante
Willian Costa Hazard

We look brilliant yesterday in a 4 3 3 with Hazard calling the shots

our B side is then as follows

Bego
ivan NewCB Zouma (when fit he will go a team ) new lb
Mikel oscar chalobah
Pedro Batman Cuadrado

thats 22 players

then add
Moses
RLC
Traore
GK

thats 26 man team with good options all round,
I reckon that could be close to our final squad.

Matic cannot be anywhere but DM in a 4-3-3. At least in form he is now, at his best he was so much more expansive

Matic looks awful,
but what do i know

hat is my predicted line up id sooner have chalobah or Mike in there

It's true if Pep doesn't perform ridiculously well the media are going to crucify him. Looking forwards to that.

Having said that, I think City have been quietly making the same mistakes we do when it comes to youth development. They've had a lot of players do well on loan and then either mishandled with loan after loan or sometimes, quite inexplicably, sold, doesn't get as much attention as us with Sturridge, KDB, Bertrand, Lukaku etc.

Denis Suarez who's now gone back to Barce was originally on City's books like 2-3 years ago. He was their YPOTY and sold year later to Barce.

Marcos Lopes won academy player of the year, then in 13/14 got 3-4 assists for them in Carling Cup appearances, sold a year later. Doesn't look as good as Denis Suarez yet though.

Pozo I remember was seen as a bit of a coup when they signed him from Madrid 4 years ago. Again he won academy player of the year then sold barely a war later, it's a weird pattern and I don't think they're including sell on clauses in all these.

Rekik on loan to PSV for two years as a regular and seemed to do well (at a time when City kept/keep splurging money on CBs) and he was sold last season.

Denayer seems to be going on pointless loans like we tend to do with some players

and it wouldn't surprise me if they somehow mess up Kelechi too

Not at all sure he's fine. From what I've seen of him in preseason he looks just as ineffective as last season. If he wasn't a former Barca player I think fans would be so much more on his case.

Lol I used wikipedia to back up my idea but they've let a lot of their best talents just go on sale, it's weird. Not even for a lot of money.

Haha thought so, I doubt 99% of City fans would know who all those players are.

But yeah I see your point, that is strange.

They would, they were some of their better/best youth prospects, not just randomers

Can we just buy some defenders? We really don't need another striker. We need a cb and a full back. If we still have time and money then look at another striker.

Donnarumma definitely took growth hormone

We so love leaving our transfer businesses to the end of the window. Nothing like a good panic buy is there. Really hoped we'd actually learned something from last summer.

We'll probably end up shelling out £50 million on someone like Ayew on the last day of the window

Benteke shouldn't be anywhere near here.
I'm still a fan of Berahino...works well between the lines and as a threat with runs behind last line of defence. Good feet striking ball from distance.
Of the age (23) we're targetting.

Our need for a striker hinges on whether Conte trusts Traore

posted on 4/8/16

Would be a whole lot cheaper than names we've been linked with.

Traore and Costa have bad a poor pre season.

we got Kante though

do you know how good it was to see a player play in our midfield that is literally a two touch player

so a wonderful user of the ball

hes going to be a star, i remember last season telling people he was my number 1 choice player

so happy we got him dont really care about anyone else, most of the signings we make from here on in are unlikely to be first 11 players.
