Tactical fouls are performed every week
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Along with timewasting and diving. This is no worse than those two, so deserves equal punishment.
Now, I think tactical fouls deserve stricter punishment like introducing a sin bin ala rugby, but that's not the issue being discussed. It raises a bigger problem though.
The idea of setting out punishments for breaking the rules is to deter them from happening. If there are times when it's beneficial to deliberately go agains the rules, then clearly the punishment isn't strict enough.
if we lose to barca I hope busquets gets suspended for next round and barca go out. Can't stand the guy off the ball. on it hes a joy to watch.
I don't agree with punishing tactical fouls more severely. If you do you're entering territory where the exact same foul will be punished more if in the 90th min compared to the 1st, too subjective
CSTP I agree with ya, I think if someone pulls someone back on the counter attack, with no intention to play the ball. It should be a red. It is a form of cheating. No attempt to play the ball = red.
I think a red is way too extreme. But essentially the aim should be to have a set of rules that actually punishes players for going against what you're allowed to do on a football pitch. There should never be a scenario whereby a player is better off cheating because the punishment doesn't match the reward from cheating.
I don't. I think if they implemented it beginning of season it would stop almost immediately.
The amount of goals it must stop.
3 on 2 on breaks and stuff where it is a 50/50 chance of scoring but someone is hauled down.

So you also support introducing a sin bin rule?
Luis Enrique’s hopes of succeeding Antonio Conte at Chelsea could rest on whether or not he is prepared to accept a significantly lower wage than he was paid by Barcelona.
As previously reported by Telegraph Sport, Enrique, who speaks English, is keen on the prospect of joining Chelsea and would like to restart his managerial career in the Premier League.

I really don't mind cheating. If we got to a stage where players have to make a conscious decision whether it could be more advantageous to dive/tactical foul at that moment than face the consequences of 5/10 minutes off the pitch, I think it would make games more interesting.

I don't understand people who don't mind cheating.

Lawsuit alleges a 7-year-old girl was taken from her mother "screaming and crying" just days after the pair came to the U.S. seeking asylum. Mother and daughter are now at detention facilities 2,000 miles apart.

Injury time winner for Espanyol, good goal.
Just the 14 points behind Barcelona. No biggie.
6-0
Through to FAYouth semi-finals.
Yeah, we gave up on the league some time ago, but had been on a good run of results recently. Espanyol beaten all Spain's big 3 this season, all 1-0 with late goals too.
