Ok. Fine. Then Messi should make way. Either way, Obertan should be walking into that Barca team
Next season I want Josh to be more than just a hot prospect
This loan spell should sort out the physical thingymajig to an extent
In pre-season he was definitely as good as any of our other midfielders. Maybe even better
Minus size etc, he's arguably as good as Mikel/Meireles/Malouda
Messi's been shlt recently. He's been going for 4 years straight
Ronaldo for ballon d'or this year

Enjoy your weekend Gazza?
I also think Meireles is a good player but he has been off-form for the last month or so. Our midfield for Birmingham and Napoli:
Brum:
Essien---Romeu---Lamps
Napoli:
Ramires(if he's back)---Essien---Lampard
I would start Drogba against Napoli. I'm not a fan of playing players just for experience but I think it's the type of tight game where his experience and strength will help us more than Torres
Messi's been shlt recently. He's been going for 4 years straight
---------------------------------
Burnout/Fatigue has finally caught up on him.
And my midfield for Napoli if Ramires is back would be him, Romeu and Essien (if we stayed 433)
Burnout/Fatigue has finally caught up on him.
Ronaldo getting stronger
I think Meireles is and always has been an average player. His passing isn't that good, he can't dribble, doesn't score goals etc. In fact he reminds of a more mobile Mikel
Do not play Romeu in an important game otherwise he will choke like Spearing did on Sat.
I expect to see Lampard, Malouda, Mikel & Essien.
If your playing the 1st leg away - you shud look to keep things tight & cagey.
He was good at Liverpool last year and good for the first 2-3 months this season. I think he's better than that, but he's not as good as I first thought he was though
Before the game the same fans saying we should start those players would start getting annoyed when they have poor games
Ronaldo getting stronger
---------------------------
He is also more motivated.
Hes been in the shadows for a few years - now he is getting stronger.
No doubt it hurt seeing Messi win (3 Years in a row) but this time its his (CR7) time to shine.
cmf made a good comparison between Mancini's first season and AVB's first season on another thread the other day

Maybe Messi is just human after all
I think AVB will most likely go with his 'oldest' & more 'experienced' squad vs Napoli with the few exceptions that are Luiz or Cahill & Sturridge.
Ronaldo 122 games 120 goals
Who did Inter get again? Whatever team it is, the only team you could put out would be old and experienced Torres > Forlan
Jose has got into the heads of Pep and Barca players
