Re Sancho... I love the prospect of a signing this young lad especially from under the noses of the likes of United
I must admit I've not seen enough of him really to see what all the big huge fuss is about giving his huge fee...but it's about time we had a couple of marquee signings
We all know we've had recent previous of signing players with huge potential and letting them go... KDB and salah being the two notable ones

All of Conte, Sarri and Lampard have chosen to hire/keep Hilario as a goalkeeping coach (Lampard even promoted him from assistant goalkeeping coach to our main goalkeeping coach).
Would suggest that he is a talented coach.

I know cech went off to play ice hockey which isn't going to last forever... Gazza would you be open to him coming to this position...?
Maybe you're right about hilario I really don't know

Cech's already the club's technical director. Looks like he prefers the management/executive side of football to the coaching side.

Unsure what a technical director does exactly... Any idea gazza

Nope... That's very informative thanks for that...
I for one am very pleased the likes of cech are involved in our club in whatever capacity... I certainly wouldn't be adverse to him stepping in and helping Kepa though... because he must see at first-hand what is shortcomings are...and whatever talents hilarious I may have as a goalkeeping coach he's nowhere the same goalkeeping standards as Cech as a player

Good players don't necessarily make good coaches. And good coaches don't need to be good players.
Cech's own long time mentor and coach (Lollichon) never played football professionally as far as I know.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Quite true...mourinho being a classic example I guess
But back to the point I was making... If we've bought supposedly the very best in keppa... And hilario is that highly rated... It stands to reason reason we should be expecting a bit more out of these two
I know he's young and we might be being a bit harsh on him... But you have to be hitting the ground running these days
Chelsea have entered a £50m battle with Manchester United to land the 16-year-old
