i meann more power to them but grown men in footy tops is weird, maybe going to a game, but past the age of 25/30 unless your proper into your fitness, they will never fit right, just look ridiculous.

I wear football shirts when playing football, and at some live games if I go to the ground....

but I never wear one casually, just weird to do so.

wear one for walking football but you can't see it as we have bibs on...(in my age group people tend to dribble)...& not in a footballing way

Used to wear footy tops casually...not any more...still see them all over the world on holiday though...all very uncalled for, especially on the beach

I hope this signing is an indicator that we have already indentified our other targets for next season and that we are going to steal a march on our rivals in terms of beginning negotiations for out targetted players

I’d also occasionally wear one when playing tennis or working out.

I think traditionally footy kits were a bit cringe especially as associated with bald Andy getting on the beers in Benidorm in his United kit type of thing. Tbf that’ll never not be cringe. But for some kits it’s defo fashionable now to wear them out and about (eg. PSG, Juve)

Once we replace our Yokohama Tyre sponsor we could get some wavy, aesthetic kits you could wear fashionably. Some kits don’t have that potential eg. I think seeing someone wearing a home Liverpool or United kit you undeniably associate with a lil bit of cringe/chaviness

On holiday there was a guy wearing an England cricket shirt down to the pool, once he got hit he removed that top to unveil an la lakers jersey lol. Was the most baffling thing.

Ye I agree with this, but again the Juve/PSG thing is similar to wearing a lakers jersey(if u have the arms) or a yankees cap, bit more stylish and lets face it, foreign...same way as American football jerseys look alright. I think if the shirts go back to the collar days then it’s a bit easier but these slim fit breatheable material sitting on a beer belly ain’t right

I hope so. We've basically had a year to plan our targets. I've heard rumours that we've been negotiating for Ziyech since November. Wouldn't surprise me if we've been doing similar with other transfer targets
