not that i can talk as we're the same age but i think a lot of older men / younger women or older women / younger men couples lets say a 10+ age gap have a lot more success than couples in similar age

it's a bit from a work perspective like i don't think women should work under a woman manager and men should work under a man manager, i think men work a lot better under a woman manager and women work a lot better under a man manager
