I didn't really check out myself mate, maybe friday night, saturday day, just logged on and saw aload of spam and him being a d!ck as per. Not sure why after a couple weeks off anyone would be like that. Everyone was open to him and anyone coming on here aslong as they abide to the same level of manner and discussion.
He came on with his usual self conceited attitude (although nobody missed him) and carried on as normal. Would take a lot of convincing for me to bring him back on now. Not sure where he has got his delusion of grandeur from, the thread is 100X better for him not being here.

Joker film is standalone, it wont have anything to do with Pattinson’s Batman, so they don’t really need to tie it in to anything.

Bruce Wayne was just a kid in the Joker movie, he might come Batman in the future, he might not. It is very much an “elseworlds” story.

Personally I didnt rate the film very highly because I have seen Scorsese, Lumet and Friedkin make better movies on the same subject matter.

I think they showed all that because it was simply part of the plot of that individual movie. I don't think it was about setting anything up for future movies necessarily.

And I doubt that this Joker movie has anything to do with the Pattinson Batman movie being shot at the moment. They're separate stories/realities and that's the direction that Warner Bros seem to be going now with their DC characters.

Having said that I'd be surprised if Joachin Phoenix didn't want to reprise his role at some point having won the best actor Oscar for it.

Yeah I just had a look back. Obviously he hasn't learnt his lesson or understood why he got banned. Sad. No place for him here if he's like that.

Some posters on here have genuinly tried to engage with him and he just ignores them. I find that the most frustrating thing about him tbh. I was quite happy to have purely a banter relationship with him, as i give as good as i get, but he is rude to the polite posters on here too and jjust won't engage with them either.

Nick I suspect that if anything City will fall apart this season. Just my opinion. I don't seem them rallying at all in the CL, especially as they've never made a significant dent in that comp anyway despite all their spending and big managers.
