With Sarri I saw a distinct plan a, it may have not worked all the time but there was a system.

With Lampard I find he is mostly fumbling around. He is willing to try things out, but equally he doesn't really know what he wants out of the team.

But is improvement linear? I dont believe it is.

But Lampard has had some challenging circumstances.

I'm willing to give him another season, but I don't feel confident in him from what I have seen.

Not just because we've seen the same errors throughout the season, but I also find myself shaking my head on his own analysis.

It's been linear so far. No delta

Also frustrated that he bet on the wrong striker.

Tammy was always going to have a period in the season where things dip. I would preferred an experienced backup like Giroud than someone as unreliable as Bats
