I heard that earlier, do they really need to spend anything?

We freshen it up with managers
True, but they claim to have "many Wilsheres" in their B team. So you would think they could supplement the best team ever with a couple of those instead.

They must have someone other than Cesc lined up if the 45m Euros is to be believed. They couldn't possibly get Cesc and Rossi for 45.

The Football League says its clubs have agreed in principle to adopt Uefa's financial fair play system.
Hey guys,
Sneijder wants to stay at Inter,so that deal is pretty much off.

Ian McGarry Has said that the Lukaku deal is almost done, Modric ongoing. Sanchez bid rejected.
Javier Pastore has said "the time is right to leave Palermo" fueling speculation he could be on his way to Chelsea.

Sneijder, Lukaku and Hazard would be my idea signings. Although I'm not sure we've been linked at all with Hazard so Neymar/Sanchez would be quality.
I would rather have Aguero/Sanchez instead of Neymar/Sanchez and Pastore/Modric/Schweinsteiger

Interesting. Wonder what sort of price he would require...
If Sneijder doesn't want to come then, looks like he could well be.
Could suggest that there might be negotiations. Could just be coincidence, but him saying he feels the time is right to leave isn't far long after our supposed bid.
