Rice is one of those who will either be surprisingly good or appallingly bad. To be fair i think some of the more underwhelming signings can be the better ones. Not to say that will be the case but best to have some optimism I guess

Just don’t understand the clamour for him or the hype. He’s barely done anything of more. Played a quality game against Utd which stood out for me but other than that in probably 25 times of watching him he’s done nothing of note and seems limited. Certainly shouldn’t be an option if it means kante is going

Ampadu has joined Sheffield United on loan for the season, I really wish we had kept him in our squad this season.

Mad, but entirely predictable (and predicted by me). After less than a week my son's high school has just shut down the whole of year 7 and sent them all home to self-isolate for two weeks because one boy tested positive.

One reason I can’t be asked to work In the office for a long while. Be in and out every week, come in for few days then bang will have to self isolate for 2 weeks then go back for few days then bang same again because it’s inevitable with so many people 1 or 2 will test positive every week

Thing what I don’t get and was never clarified is this
So one kid tests positive everyone then self isolates say 50 kids self isolate
Say 6 more of the kids get it at the same time
So you have say 7 that have tested positive eyes
If 3 weeks later a different one to them 7 kids test positive would all 50 have to self isolate again or would the 7 who had previously “officially” tested positive be allowed to stay?
I’m thinking from an office point of view so say like let’s name them Pete, Raymond and Victor have previously tested positive if someone close to them then tests positive and by procedure they’d have to self isolate would they be exempt from having to self isolate?
Or would they still have to self isolate?
Because I mean if you’ve previously tested positive but then still have to self isolate for potentially numerous times even tho you’ve had it, it seems dumb
Then again I guess where do you draw the line on how many months they wouldn’t have to bother self isolating for if they’ve previously tested positive because we don’t know how long immunity lasts.
Just speaking theoretically, like if a kid has had it previously why do they have to keep self isolating when someone else gets it?
Because you could in a few months have say 60% of the school previously tested positive but then they still have to self isolate with the people who haven’t previously tested positive? That’s very chaotic

The spin off blacklist redemption was good, was surprised they axed it after one season, Tom Kean actor was very good, he’s the main character in New Amsterdam which is a very good show
Not a fan of the Ampadu loan.
Aside from the fact that Sheffield are stacked in his position and play in a highly specialised system, I reckon he could've done a good job for us this season in the DM position. Now Kante is the only player left in our squad capable of holding in midfield with 8s either side.
Considering Kante's injury record, this loan is incredibly short-sighted unless we're also planning a move for Rice (which brings up its own questions).
