to my mind CHO in 343 just gets in the way,

we've not seen enough of Ziyech yet to determine where's best for him, but I'd hope players of the pedigree that him & Havertz are coming with should slot in pretty much anywhere

You could possibly drop Kante back a bit & or swap him for Jorg but it's getting there

RJ Kante Kovacic Chilwell
Mount Werner Pulisic

Ziyech not ready to start IMO so gone with Mount as he was decent in the cup

I think Havertz would get more freedom in that formation. Him, Pulisic and Werner will interchange throughout the game. Neither of them would have to hug the touch line as our wing backs would be doing that.

I was semi serious with it, it does squeeze in all our best players but would be an..interesting side to watch. In reality tho want Lampard to stick with 4231 for upcoming game, if it is the formation he sees as first choice

Mount shouldn’t start. He has played for England twice and then started for us in both games. Let’s not over play him and that in a position where he shouldn’t be playing.

I wasn't aware we did those...unless we've been owned in a two legged CL game and we're 5 down...but by then the train has long left the station

and possibly we might have been better going into the first leg with that formation
