What made Ziyech really appealing was his price. Was a heavy handed, YouTube beast type even at Ajax, but for 30mil he was a steal in the pre-Covid market.
Just theorizing but his nose might've been put out of joint by the Havertz pursuit. Record club signing who covers all your positions + is also left footed will knock you a bit if you've got a questionable mentality.
Least every club in the world this season no matter how bad it gets can say "at least we're not Barcelona". This makes me smile

Can’t help but think it’s all linked to Lukaku. Not directly like he’s been rubbish but more we just aren’t used to having him in the team and haven’t looked right since he joined.
We need to get it sorted soon because we look absolutely woeful recently
