Two independent valuations I read. As long as they were done by RICS qualified surveyors and proper accounting firms don't see the problem

I'm also very excited about Chuk if he can just stay injury free. Think there's a real player there and that we'd be talking him a lot more if he'd been able to play more since we signed him.

Like so many of our other top players though injuries are a huge concern 😕.

I read that they got two independent valuations done, there’s no way it can be questioned unless the PL simply want to fk us like they did with the Paramount sponsorship

Yeah, Evertons aerial threat shouldnt be understated and no surpise that when we put silva next to a no nonsense cb we keep a clean sheet.

I like disasis passion but him and badiashile are so rash its not been great for eithe of them this year.

All TalkSport have been talking about today is how we can't sell a hotel to ourselves and the penalty incident. The media are going to make sure that PL feel the pressure and don't allow the hotel sale to count towards FFP. Bet on it.

And this is what fcked me off so much about the penalty incident is because it was always going to overshadow our best result of the season.

Just when you think we might actually have some feel good for once all season this team of course managed to shoot themselves in the foot. It could only happen here lol.

This right here. Great write up Choppers. And feel one of the biggest reason was, we were more balanced. Have said since day one we don't need Moises, Conor, and Enzo all together they generally end up tripping over each other and ultimately do the work of 2 players. Freeing up that extra space meant we had Cole in the centre - 2 wingers and a striker, all who were important in scoring goals and creating chances last night
