I guess everyone has a different opinion, but this is splitting hairs slightly. Maybe he’s just “very good”, but with the potential to be excellent. How’s that. And as others have pointed out, his main weakness is that he has been injury prone. Hopefully he can fully recover for next season.

My main point stands though, I think we’ll keep him, and that Oscar needs to learn how to spell his name correctly.

Yeah fully agree. I think he might have had a similar impact to Palmer this season if he'd been fit and able to play all season. He's a beast.

Yes, that was definitely his easiest chance of the match, but it was in the second half. I was referring to the cross that went just behind him in the first half. At the time I was amazed he missed that.

If Xavi does step down in the summer, might be a decent option. Been very willing to use academy talent, which would mesh well.

Not a bad shout, although I can’t see Chelsea sacking Pochettino until they see how he does early next season. It is funny though that since Xavi announced he was leaving at the end of the season, Barcelona have been very good.

To me, that both feels like a monumental mistake, but also something Abramovich would do

Can't have Mourinho so I'll have AVB kinda thing, I never got Rijkaard or Pep so I'll have Xavi.
