I don't like seeing CB's take pens although Rudi knows how to score a goal or two. Kova for all his attributes in midfield can't hit a barn door, surely City have better pen takers.

Thought City played really well for most of the game, up until second half of ET. Relentless pressure and didn’t let Madrid breathe. Just failed to finish.

Pep deserved to lose purely for subbing Kovacic on for KDB with 10 mins to go. No one was surprised by his poor penalty attempt.
