Musiala’s parents are German, and they wanted him to go back to Germany and play for Munich. Chelsea tried hard to get him to stay - it was clear he was going to be a star from very early in. Chelsea have made many mistakes in the transfer market, that that one wasn’t our fault.

Dunno, they still have big players like Rodri, Carvajal, Nacho etc. Even Morata who has a good goal record for them. It's a solid Spain team even if it's lacking big stars from before like Iniesta and Xavi. Looks like they're going to win this group at a canter.

Yeah and how many of them would have started in the World Cup winning side.

Busquets vs Rodri is close but that’s it. Villa is easily better than Morata. Ramos at the time was better than Carvajal is today.

Their team is pretty good still but the reason they’re not hyped up is because people remember a much stronger Spain team in recent times.
