Or Chelsea. Not that he’d want to join us

Where is Steve at? It’s like transfer deadline day out there.

I think we would’ve made a move for Leeds midfielder Archie Gray but both our clubs don’t do business together.

What happened to the Summerville rumours ? Thought that might be on the cards but it's gone dead.

Dewsbury-Hall is imminent though. Not surprising given how important he was to Maresca last season. Looks a talented player from what little I've seen of him.

Who is Michael Golding? On his way to Leicester.

Barcelona have let Joao Felix go back to Atletico rather than pushing for a buy / further loan. Similar story with us

Talented but he isn't really one thing or the other. Doesn't either score or assist enough.

Some papers are saying he's part of the deal, others are saying Leicester paying £4 million

#Chelsea and Boca Juniors have agreed a fee of around £14M for Aaron Anselmino. Boca Juniors want to keep Anselmino on loan until January.

Lots of signings by us that have been sort of under the radar in the grand scheme of things. I remember about 7 years ago that seemed to be the call at the time. To make signings before they were superstars so we didn’t have to spend ridiculous amounts on players already nearing the end of their prime. It’s always a gamble betting on potential but you can’t have it both ways. You either spend on already established players or you try to hit the jackpot with budding talent.

This seems safer financially. Although you have to deal with fickle fans.

That will definitely solve the various issues this team has.

Now the pressure will be on the subs because Southgate is such a coward. He is such a reactionary coach.

Safegate is stubborn as a mule. Didn't change anything after three horrible games.

At least we have Palmer to come on and bale us out in the second half.

Trent should be at RB, we should have brought an actual fit LB to play there. Gordon, Palmer and Watkins or Toney should have featured much more than they have if not started matches.

Most ineffective attack yet he’s played it 4 games in a row without changing it Lol

Saka LB
Palmer on

Look how much space there’s on the left. Surely Gordon would be super effective. Trent for Walker and Gordon for Bellingham or Foden.

Saka, Bellingham and Kane off. Gordon, Palmer and Watkins on.

Every time a defender or defensive midfield player got on the ball, they would end up throwing their hands in the air with the lack of movement ahead of them. Gordon, Palmer and Watkins would create space with their running and movement

Have to go for it. Be tempted to go 3-5-2/3-4-3 with Saka at LB.

Left side still completely dead with Trippier and Foden.

TAA should also probably come on for Walker who has been rubbish.
