He is a more than adequate passer but his strength is actually passing the ball into spaces created by the coach's system. Today, he's playing with lesser players so there are not so many spaces. Passing flair, that is, picking a Hollywood pass is not so much his thing.

To be fair, if you look at how Leicester played last season, he was key, because he understood the space on the pitch. You are correct that Felix and Palmer are our flair players. In fact I believe Felix was bought specifically because few of our players are technically good enough.
