I could care less about his transfer fee. Footballers are very expensive these days, ridiculously so. But that has nothing to do with him, he's just here to play football.

Given it's such a meaningless and unimpactful change I find it hard to care either way. Call it unicorn of the match, doesn't make a difference

Caicedo can feel hard done by not getting MOM. Jackson was excellent with all three goals though.

I wasn't defending it - just saying why they've changed it.

Same way some publications like Guardian, BBC and Athletic have started calling football "Men's football" to make it equal with "Women's football."
