If city can't win at Newcastle then we don't deserve the tittle, we closed an eight point gap and got ourselves in front by a hair.

Squeaky bum time indeed.

To be honest the tactics were all wrong but sure Fergie knows that.

It was a big mistake to play the midfielders he played, it baffled everyone.

Let's move forward though as moaning about it won't help, we still have an outside chance of winning.

We have zero pressure on us now, so lets go win our two games and see what happens.

It's over guys. City won't let it slip twice.

Stretford nothing is over till its over

The pressure's very much on United, failure against 2 teams with nothing to play for would be catastrophic.

I agree with every word in that article. Well done City, but it's not over yet. We'll keep fighting to the end.

I didn't like the team SAF chose to put out, but if it wasn't for a lapse of concentration on a set piece, we'd be talking about how clever the plan was.

Let's go out and try to thrash Swansea and Sunderland! Put City under pressure, for all we know their players might become complacent, thinking that by beating us they've got it in the bag.

Stretford - I'm not making any predictions. Not till the end of this season. It's been mental, how many times does a 8 point swing happen twice?

I'm not deleting Boris's comments because I don't think that's the point of a forum, but for anyone who doesn't yet know, he's ridiculous.

In a season where we beat Arsenal 8-2 anything is possible.

Level on points with two games to go? With City yet to play a strong Newcastle side?

City are in the driving seat, but there's every chance they'll slip up.

Love the optimism guys......But I have accepted it already. No team in second place with 2 games to go has won the PL title. City surely won't blow it now.

If the unthinkable happens and we somehow win it, of course I'll delighted. But I think some reds have set themselves up for another disappointment on sunday or even next week.

I don't see why everyone saying its impossible.

We now have no pressure at all, we can just go win our games and hope for best.

City could easily slip up now they have pressure of leading the pack.

I'm outrageous for saying that United have an easier run in than City -I must be insane.

Stretford - I fully understand your perspective, and I accept it as one that is logical. And I'm basically in agreeement, the title is City's, but whilst there's a hope, we as United should never give up.

"The pressure is very much on united" - That, sir, is ridiculous.

Have some balls will you, you never say its over till its over.

If City win it then I will applaud them as deserved champions. But they have not won it yet and could choke under the pressure of leading against a very decent and tricky Newcastle side.

Especially if they get something tonight against Chelsea.

We will know soon enough anyway. City play before we do. If they win it's all over as far as I'm concerned.

Just can't see Newcastle doing to City what they did to us. City's team are far more suited to stop that kind of game happening. Basically they will pack the midfield like they usually do and Newcastle will struggle to get the ball.

Hope I'm wrong but it really would be remarkable now if we win the title. I'm already looking forward to next season with Vidic and hopefully one or 2 new midfielders with a bit of luck.

United are defending champions and have 2 games against 2 teams who have absolutely nothing to play for. City on the other hand have to play a team fighting for a CL place and a team fighting for Premier League survival, I know which set of fixtures I'd choose.

Park Ji (Sing us a) Sung - I applaud your bravery for describing Newcastle as flying before tonight's game against Chelsea. One might soon describe Newcastle as in free fall, but at least your not sitting on the fence x

After Swansea's capitulation against Wolves I'd expect United to put at least 6 goals past them.

Boris - Do you really expect anyone to agree that City will go into the next two matches free of pressure? Or under less pressure than United? The fixtures are effectively redundant, it doesn't matter who they are playing, they effectively need two wins to seal the title for the first time in over 30 years. That, is pressure.

X - I did say bar Wigan, and I think I'm right when I say they won 6 in a row before that match (correct me if I'm wrong, mind). I hope they don't go into free fall, they definitely deserve at least Europa league next season. Chelsea were just too dodgy early on.
